Refund policy

Digital Products Only All products sold on Docebook are digital eBooks delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped or returned.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions We will issue a full refund in the following cases only:

  • The file you received is corrupted or unreadable
  • You were charged but never received access to the download
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same order

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@docebook.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong title
  • Device incompatibility (please verify your device supports PDF format before purchasing)
